HISTORY
OF ViOil INDUSTRIAL GROUP
2025 sale of Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant to the world's largest vegetable oil producer — BUNGE.
2018-2020 ViOil IG increased its processing capacity to 1.1 million tons of oilseeds per year. The total storage capacity of the group's elevators up to 200,000 mt of oilseeds. IG ViOil is among TOP-3 largest enterprises in the oils and fats industry of Ukraine.
2017 ViOil IG received a syndicated loan of USD 80 million from ING N.V.
2013 ViOil IG increased the production capacity of Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant (OFP) from 1,000 tons to 2,800 tons per day.
2006-2009 Vioil and KMT split in order to concentrate on the oils and fats business. ViOil IG purchased 3 elevators. It modernized Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi OFPs and increased the processing to 400,000 tons per year. Beginning of IFRS audits. Export of the first batch of oil to India.
2001-2005 KMT IG purchased 6 more elevators.
1997-2000 KMT Group acquired the controlling interest in Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi OFPs and its first elevator in Popeliukhy. The group exported the first batch of oil to Europe (Poland).
1996-1997 KMT IG arranged the processing of sunflower seeds on toll conditions at Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi OFPs.
1991-1995 KMT IG became an exporter of sunflower oil.
Bulk vegetable oil

ViOil IG is one of the leading producers of bulk vegetable oil in Ukraine. Thanks to modern multicultural equipment, we can process the conventional and high-oleic sunflower seed, as well as rapeseed, soybeans and flaxseed. The products of the company's plants meet all quality standards of the European Union and the CIS, Chinese CIQ, as well as other world food quality standards. ViOil Group has received a certificate of environmental sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions (ISCC), which allows us to use our rapeseed oil for biofuel production.

The company has its own branch railway line, as well as a fleet of railway and road tanks. Due to the efficient logistics infrastructure, as well as the advantageous geographical location of the group's plants, our products are well known to consumers in Europe, Asia, South and North America, Africa and Australia.
Bottled vegetable oil

Perfectly packaged 100% sunflower oil that meets all world quality standards. This is the most purified natural product without addition of preservatives and dyes that contain natural vitamin E. The quality of our products meets all the quality requirements of the European Union, CIS, China, as well as all world food quality standards. All enterprises of ViOil Industrial Group have passed ISO 9001 and ISO 2200 certification.

Vegetable meal

For more than 20 years, plants of ViOil IG have been producing high-quality protein meal, which is used in agriculture for production of animal and poultry fodders.

GMP+ and HACCP standards, implemented at the companies of the holding, allow controlling the quality of our products. High production standards make it possible to supply them to our partners both in Ukraine and abroad. Vinnytsia OFP is also accredited by Chinese CIQ for export of high-protein meal to China.

The company ships the sunflower seed meal by road, rail and sea on favorable terms for buyers.
Sunflower husk

The modern problems of the energy market need the modern solutions. We have them!

The pellets obtained by granulation of pre-crushed sunflower husk. They are used for technical purposes as solid fuel in boilers and other power plants. The best value for money compared to other types of fuels.

Key quality indicators:
- diameter is 8 mm;
- length is from 5 to 25 mm;
- calorific value is not less than 17 (+/- 0,2) MJ/kg or 4060 (+/- 47,76) Kcal/kg;
- ash contents: up to 5%;
- mass fraction of moisture and volatile matter content is up to 12%;
- amount of dust and talus is up to 5%.
Fatty acids

The fatty acids of soapstocks of the light vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats are used for feed and technical purposes. The raw material for their production is soapstocks, which we obtain in the process of refining the crude oils of our own production. Our products are used as the feed additives in production of animal and poultry fodders, as well as in production of detergents, lubricants, drying oils, and biodiesel.

- color: light to dark brown;
- acid value, mg KOH/g is not more than 135;
- mass fraction of total fat,% is not less than 96;
- mass fraction of moisture and volatile matter content,% is not more than 4,0;
- mass fraction of unsaponifiable matter content,% is not more than 4.0.
