2025 sale of the Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant to BUNGE, the world's largest producer of vegetable oils
2018-2020 ViOil IG increased the processing capacity of its plants to 1.1 million t of oilseeds per year. The total storage capacity of the group's elevators reaches 200,000 t of oilseeds. ViOil IG is among the TOP 3 largest companies in Ukraine's oils and fats industry.
2017 ViOil IG received a syndicated loan of USD 80 million from ING N.V.
2013 ViOil IG increased the production capacity of the Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant from 1,000 t to 2,800 t per day.
2006-2009 ViOil IG left the KMT group in order to focus on the oils and fats business. ViOil IG acquired 3 elevators. It modernized the Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi oil and fat plants and increased processing volumes to 400,000 t per year. Start of IFRS audits. Export of the first batch of oil to India.
2001-2005 KMT IG acquired 6 more elevators.
1997-2000 The KMT group acquired controlling stakes in the Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi oil and fat plants and its first elevator in the village of Popeliukhy. It exported its first batch of oil to Europe (to Poland).
1996-1997 KMT IG set up toll processing of sunflower seeds at the Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi oil and fat plants.
1991-1995 KMT IG becomes an exporter of sunflower oil.
Bulk vegetable oil

ViOil IG is one of Ukraine's leaders in the production of bulk vegetable oil. Thanks to modern multi-crop equipment, we can process conventional and high oleic sunflower, as well as rapeseed, soybean and flax. The products of the company's plants comply with all quality standards of the European Union and the CIS countries, with the Chinese CIQ, and with other international food quality standards. ViOil Group has obtained the certificate of environmental sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions (ISCC), which allows our rapeseed oil to be used for biofuel production.

The company has its own railway branch line as well as a fleet of rail and road tank cars. Thanks to an efficient logistics infrastructure and the favourable geographical location of the group's plants, our products are well known to customers in Europe, Asia, South and North America, Africa and Australia.
Bottled refined oil

Perfectly packaged 100% sunflower oil that meets all international quality standards. It is a fully purified natural product with no added preservatives or colourings, containing natural vitamin E. The quality of our products meets all requirements of the European Union, the CIS countries and China, as well as all international food quality standards. All companies of the ViOil industrial group are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.

Meal

For more than 20 years, the plants of ViOil IG have been producing high quality protein meal, which is used in agriculture for the production of compound feed for livestock and poultry.

The GMP+ and HACCP standards implemented at the holding's facilities allow us to control the quality of our products. High production standards enable us to supply them to our partners both in Ukraine and abroad. The Vinnytsia oil extraction plant is also accredited by the Chinese CIQ for the export of high protein meal to the PRC.

The company ships meal by road, rail and sea transport on terms that are favourable for buyers.
Sunflower husk

Today's energy market challenges call for modern solutions. We have them!

Pellets produced by granulating pre-crushed sunflower husk. They are used for technical purposes as solid fuel in boiler houses and other power installations. The best price to quality ratio compared with other types of fossil fuels. Key quality parameters:
- diameter 8 mm;
- length from 5 to 25 mm;
- calorific value: not less than 17 (+/- 0.2) MJ/kg or 4,060 (+/- 47.76) kcal/kg;
- ash content: up to 5%;
- mass fraction of moisture and volatile substances: up to 12%;
- amount of dust and fines: up to 5%.
Fatty acids

Fatty acids from the soapstocks of light vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats are used for feed and technical purposes. The raw material for their production is soapstock, which we obtain during the refining of unrefined oils of our own production. Our products are used as feed additives in the production of compound feed for livestock and poultry, as well as in the production of detergents, cutting fluids, drying oil and biodiesel.

Key quality parameters:
- colour: from light to dark brown;
- acid value, mg KOH/g: not more than 135;
- mass fraction of total fat, %: not less than 96;
- mass fraction of moisture and volatile substances, %: not more than 4.0;
- mass fraction of unsaponifiable matter, %: not more than 4.0.
