Vinnitsa Oil and Fat Production Plant introduces new varieties of confectionery fats

As a result of equipment modernization, our enterprise started production of several new types of fats. Our latest offers to the customers included such new products as lauric cocoa butter substitute, lauric confectionery fat for wafers fillings with low content of trans isomer, transesterified fats with trans isomer content lower than 2%, milk fat substitutes with trans isomer content lower than 2% and margarine with trans isomer content lower than 1%.
There is a big demand for our products in confectionery industry in Ukraine and abroad. “We are constantly adding new products to our product lines and upgrading our technologies, this allows us to maintain leaders position of the Ukrainian fats and oils industry,” emphasizes Larisa Savchuk, Head of Economics and Production Department of Vinnitsa Oil and Fat Production Plant. “Our products quality complies with local and international standards, which enables us to expand supply chain geography and attract new customers.”
