    Cocoa – butter substitute of the Violiya Line

    Cocoa – butter substitute «Violiya-glaze 3» is designated for preparing confectionery

    glaze, which is used for glazing of all kinds of confectionery such as candies, wafers, biscuits,

    marshmallow, marmalade. It can be used for preparing candies with solid filling in a mixture of

    other non-lauric vegetable fats.

    Cocoa – butter substitute «Violiya-glaze 3» is resistant to oxidation and has a long shelf

    life. It does not need to be tapped. The glaze, made with the use of cocoa – butter substitute

    «Violiya-glaze 3», has a great shine, which does not disappear during storage.

    Confectionery fats of the Violiya Line

    Confectionery fats for glazing are designated for preparing confectionery glazes e.g.

    chocolate or color glazes, which are used for glazing candies with praline filling, fondant,

    marshmallow, marmalade, wafers and cookies.
